Fontaines D.C.

Dopamine Chamber · out 2026-10-16

Dublin five-piece Fontaines D.C. released their fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber, on 16 October via XL Recordings. Produced by James Ford, it follows 2024's Romance and moves away from the band's guitar sound towards colder, more synthetic textures, with several songs that have no guitars at all. It was made between London, the English countryside and Palermo. The lead single is “Marianne”, and ROSALÍA features on “Where Is Gone?”. “The album itself is a dopamine chamber,” says Grian Chatten. It's out now on blue marble, blue and black vinyl, and on CD.
